| The home and livelihood of four generations of the Davies family (and counting!), Churchfields Farm, at Salwarpe in Worcestershire, is where all our ice cream is made, using milk and cream only from our own pedigree cows. |

| Day-to-day running of the farm is the responsibility of Michael Davies, whilst daughter Gillian runs the dairy. |

| The Dairy |
| The dairy itself is just across the yard from the farmhouse - our home - and from the milking parlour. This, plus the fact that our herd is milked three times a day, ensures we use exceptionally fresh, newly-pasteurised milk, helping to give Churchfields ice cream its clean, wholesome taste and texture. |
